Who we are

This privacy policy is provided by EUEG OÜ, an Estonian company (registry code 17418991). It applies to the EU Funding Radar mobile application and the EUEG website. Privacy questions may be sent to info@eueg.eu.

EU Funding Radar

EU Funding Radar does not require an account and does not ask for or collect a user's name, email address, telephone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health information, financial information, advertising identifiers, or payment information.

The app retrieves publicly available funding-opportunity information from the European Commission search service. Normal internet connections may expose technical connection information, such as an IP address, to that service and to network providers. EUEG does not operate an application backend for version 1 and does not receive this technical connection information.

Information stored on your device

The app stores onboarding status, selected Horizon Europe clusters, the EIC inclusion preference, and identifiers of saved calls locally on the device. This information is used only to restore the app experience. It is not transmitted to EUEG and can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Analytics, advertising and sharing

Version 1 contains no advertising, analytics SDK, third-party crash-reporting SDK, user profiling, or cloud synchronisation. EUEG does not sell or share app-user data.

External services and links

Funding information is sourced from European Commission systems. The app can open official opportunity pages in the device browser. Those external services have their own terms and privacy practices. EU Funding Radar is an independent discovery tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Commission.

Website enquiries

If you contact EUEG, we use the information you provide to respond and manage the business relationship. We retain business correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell contact information.

Security, retention and deletion

EUEG applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information it handles. EU Funding Radar version 1 has no EUEG user account and no EUEG-held app-user profile to delete. Locally stored preferences remain until the user clears app storage or uninstalls the app. Requests concerning website correspondence may be sent to info@eueg.eu.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
